Scotty McCoy, a native of Ashland, Pennsylvania, has built a diverse career that blends writing, production, and performance, all fueled by his passion for horror. Starting out as a published author, Scotty quickly transitioned into the entertainment industry, eventually becoming the host and producer of Scotty's Culture Shock on Trash TV Streaming. This success led him to launch his own company, Gravestone Films, through which he’s brought thrilling projects like Samhain, Friday the 13th: Dead Before Dusk, and 72 to the screen.
 

Known for his deep ties to the indie horror scene, Scotty’s film credits include Frosty’s Revenge: Seasons Bleeding 3, Heavy Duty Man, and Always Check. He’s also the creator and host of Slasher Scotty, a podcast where he chats with horror icons, and runs a YouTube channel packed with original content such as The Body Count, Rankings, Top 10, and Slasher Scotty News. Always eager to expand his creative horizons, Scotty focuses on producing films in his home turf of Pennsylvania and Maryland, where he divides his time between Ashland and Woodlawn.
